All our products carry a full 12 month manufactury warranty unless otherwise specified. We always welcome enquires or questions and will always do our best to make sure your mobility product works without hiccups.

VAT Exemption

Individuals who are chronically sick or disabled and whose products are for personal use along with all charities where the products are made available to a disabled person for their own personal or domestic use, may be eligible for VAT exemption.

The majority of Mobility-Shops.com prices do not include VAT (unless otherwise clearly stated, that is where the price is shown with and without VAT. These products are relevant for VAT and cannot be supplied without VAT). Provided the VAT Exempt form is stating your condition and checkboxes are ticked, whilst checking out your order, VAT will not be added unless a particular product has compulsory VAT. Orders which are received without ticked exemption will incur the VAT charge, which will be clearly stated to you through our shopping calculator. Guarantee

The majority of our products are guaranteed for twelve months by the manufacturer. However, some products are guaranteed for longer e.g. Rise and Recline Chairs, Bath Lifts etc. Our warranty does not cover items used outside of Mainland UK and does not include the reimbursement for the hire of a replacement product. Items purchased outside of the mainland UK will be subject to a return to base warranty at the customers cost.
